Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. The only exception to this rule is order fulfillment errors (incorrect or missing items) or if an item is defective upon receipt. If this is the case, please reach out to customerservice@ross.farm with your full name and order number to allow us to correct our mistakes. If your items are damaged or incorrect, please also provide pictures of the items themselves for quality control purposes.
Unworn clothing merchandise can be mailed back at customer expense for a full refund once it has been received by Appalachian Standard (within 30 days).
