Shipping policy

We put so much love into each order! If you aren't happy with your order, please contact us at customerservice@ross.farm.

SHIPPING PROCESS
We are currently running a 2-5 business day lead (M-F). Your order will be processed, packaged, and mailed within this time frame. We use USPS to ship our product.

You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation when we process the order. From this number, you can track your package.

PACKAGING
We send all of our products in basic USPS flat rate Priority Mail boxes. The return address is made out to Appalachian Standard and does not mention anything about CBD or hemp. The products also all come in heat sealed with smell-proof packaging inside of the box, for maximum discretion.
NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 states but due to global shipping regulations and restrictions we are unable to ship out of the country at this time. If you live on a military base outside of the US, please email customerservice@ross.farm as we may be able to make an exception.
WRONG ADDRESS
If an error in address has been made, please contact customerservice@ross.farm.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Please contact customerservice@ross.farm with your name, order number, and images of the defect, and we will be more than happy to find a solution. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
