Starting a hemp regimen can be a daunting task – there are so many methods of taking hemp, different “strains”, and so many different products on the market! Feeding the body’s endocannabinoid system takes time and consistency over time really seems to have a compounding effect. Therefore, the best hemp product is one that will be easiest for you to integrate into a consistent daily routine!
